Excellent resources for these topics include: Britannica Online School Edition, Gale Virtual Reference, and Global Issues in Context(look at the Reference section when you get your search return page).

You can access these databases from the Library home page, under the Database tab. If you are accessing them from home, you will need to know the username and passwords. The Database brochure with usernames and passwords is linked on the library home page on the left hand side under the Research heading. The username is: leyden and the password is: eagle.
